SOFIA MED STARTED COOPERATION WITH DOWA METALTEC

Following its strategy to move from commodities to high value added products, Sofia Med has recently entered into a partnership agreement for know-how and technological transfer with DOWA METALTEC, Japan. DOWA METALTEC is a leading manufacturer of high performance copper alloy products. They will provide technical assistance services related to design and quality of Sofia Med rolled products and related processes and equipment.

TIN AND SILVER PLATED BUS BARS

Sofia Med introduces the new product line of plated bus bars. Tin-plated, electrolytic silver plated and silver flash plated copper bus bars are extensively used in the production of electrical panels, switchboards, switchgears, power transformers and bus ducts.
